YOGART offers both kids & adults the opportunity to creatively express themselves physically & artistically. Classes & workshops integrate movement (yoga) with painting, drawing & sculpture.

YOGART students have the opportunity to create art while learning yoga poses & at times, to use art materials while practicing yoga. Drawing, painting & sculpture-making media are used. Music is often an integral part to this process.

YOGART KIDS CLASSES are THURSDAYS 5:15-6:15PM

Sign your child up for a 10-week session. No experience is necessary. Yoga mats & art supplies are provided. Please call 617-227-0775 to pre-register. $150 for 10 weeks.

YOGART ADULT WORKSHOPS are offered by request

Take some time to stretch & relax. These workshops integrate a full yoga session, creative relaxation techniques & artistic expression to help you de-stress! No prior yoga or artmaking experience necessary. All supplies are provided. Please call 617-227-0775 for more information.

Amy is a full-time yoga teacher in the Boston area. The seeds of YOGART took place soon after Deborah took one of Amy's yoga classes. They put their heads & their love of yoga and art together to create YOGART.
